Precision Wildlife puts a ban on wild rabbit removal for the weekend!

Happy Easter Egg Hunting!

Cottontail rabbits of one sort or another are found in every state in the U.S., even as far as north as southern Canada where the dreaded Canadiens play to as far south as Central America!.

Wild rabbits normally live on average 2 years except for the Easter Bunny of course. Full grown, they typically weigh 2 to 3 pounds and are less than 12" long but I do believe the Easter Bunny is much taller.

Wild rabbits will eat your precious flowers and vegetables and can damage trees and shrubs by clipping stems, buds and small branches and by girdling larger trees. Keep your garden and landscape protected by trapping only if deemed necessary with box type traps, if you are not permitted to trap in your state we can help! Click here

Other ways to keep those pesky rabbits off your plants and flowers would be some natural deterrents. Garlic juice is one way to keep them away and is probably easier to access when compared to soiled litter from a cat that preys on wild animals like mice, voles and other wildlife.

Other options for you may be a pen type fence made simply with stakes and chicken wire.
Again we can help with trenching or fencing. Click here

Precision Wildlife Services has performed trapping programs and wildlife management services throughout New England for rabbits although it is not a common service.

Wild Rabbit Removal is prohibited form April 22nd - the 25th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but will return your call on Monday.

Wild Rabbit Removal Falmouth, Ma
This Wildlife Rabbit was removed from a home in Falmouth, Massachusetts as she and its family were living under their home and nesting in the crawl spaces. The odor and destruction they were causing made the customer realize they needed help. After we completed our trapping program we trenched the perimeter and screened the structure. This certainly will keep the rabbits and other wildlife out for many Easters to come.

Happy Easter from all of us at Precision Wildlife Services!
And just remember kids the jelly beans aren't really rabbit poop!

Mice are a very common pest for many residents and are often treated with lengthy trapping and baiting plans by most pest control companies. Baiting services are meant to eliminate or control the population of mice that currently reside in a specific dwelling but do not provide for a long term solution. If you eliminate the mice that have become nuisance but do not treat areas of their entry then you have only provided yourself with temporary mice control.
*In some cases baiting services might be the most feasible option due to the condition of a home. Mouse proofing can be tedious and detail oriented work in turn making baiting services more cost effective for some customers.

Voles A vole is a small rodent resembling a mouse but with a stouter body, a shorter hairy tail, a slightly rounder head, smaller ears and eyes, and differently formed molars (high-crowned and with angular cusps instead of low-crowned and with rounded cusps). Voles will often eat succulent root systems and will burrow under plants or ground cover they are particularly fond of and eat away until the plant is dead

Precision Wildlife provides permanent long lasting solutions for any type of nuisance bird problem. Our exclusion and deterrent methods are all backed with a written warranty ranging from 2-5 years.

There are about 300 varieties of squirrels around the world. The Grey, Red and Flying squirrels are the most common in the New England area.
Trapping is a common service provided by Precision for the humane removal of nuisance wildlife. Trapping services are normally the first step in solving a nuisance animal problem and proper repairs are normally required to keep wildlife out of the area they invaded. Being that every nuisance wildlife situation is different we offer different trapping plans and decide the most suitable for each situation.
